Code of Conduct
Seera has developed and implemented a Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct outlines the principles, policies and laws that govern the Bank's activities.
The Code also addresses:
- Responsibility of Approved Persons to:
- ensure confidentiality of information
- ensure independent decision making
- ensure that their conduct in general is in the best interests of the Bank - Prohibition against the use of insider information
- Polices to prohibit conflicts of interest.
